Obviously he's been worn down. There are little scuffs marks throughout the boot but it works very well, handles weather and climates if you're at a ranch just use a boot cleaner or a boot conditioner to keep the condition that is in right now and it will last you for a very long time. The only reason I'm selling it is because it no longer fits me. I am a bigger size now and I've had these boots for a long time and they work phenomenal. The tag inside the boot says Revolution boots.
It has been fully cleaned, ready for use.
